Regular check-in is from 5:00 pm to 0:00 am. During the off-season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Our partner Resort Choice handles check-in and out. Please contact to coordinate times.
Resort Choice is our partner for on-site service. You will receive a 24/7 service number after your booking is processed. The team is available via phone and what’s app during your stay.
Our cancellation policy covers the rental or overnight rate. Additional costs (e.g. final cleaning, residence tax, laundry set) will not be charged in case of cancellation.
Cancel up to 90 days before arrival: free of charge.
Cancel from 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.
Cancel from 60 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
Cancel from 89 to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
Failure to appear: 100% of the rent.
The main tenant of the villa must have a minimum age of 30 years, children at least 12 years old.
