Regular check-in is from 5:00 pm to 0:00 am. During the off-season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Our partner Resort Choice handles check-in and out. Please contact to coordinate times.
Our local service partner Resort Choice is there for you in case of emergencies. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a service number that is available 24/7. Of course, you can simply contact us during your stay via phone or WhatsApp for all your questions or support.
Our cancellation policy covers the rental or overnight rate. Additional costs (e.g. final cleaning, residence tax, laundry set) will not be charged in case of cancellation.
Cancel up to 90 days before arrival: free of charge.
Cancel from 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price.
Cancel from 60 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price.
Cancel from 89 to 60 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price.
Failure to appear: 100% of the rent.
The main tenant of the villa must be at least 30 years old.
Children are welcome from the age of 12. We are very careful with our villa and greatly appreciate it when our guests treat it with the same care. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, there are handy manuals available in the villa.
Smoking is not allowed, only on the side of the terrace.

Our villa is for people who want to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting. Are you looking for comfort, tranquility and quality? Then you are most welcome.
Please note that the villa is not intended as a party accommodation. Groups wishing to party or cause a nuisance are not allowed. The main tenant must be at least 30 years old and we ask all guests to treat the property and its surroundings with respect.
Would you like to take your pet with you on vacation? That can be discussed. Pets are allowed on request, so we can see if it suits the house and the period of your stay together.
